Vaporesso Xros 3 Nano Review: A Perfect Pod Vape for On-The-Go
Enhanced Vaping Experience: Introducing the Vaporesso Xros 3 Nano Pod System
Vaporesso, a renowned company in the vaping industry, has a solid reputation for delivering top-quality vaping products. I’ve been a big fan of their previous Xros models, such as the Xros 3 and Xros 3 Mini we reviewed before, so I was excited to get my hands on their latest release – the Xros 3 Nano.
The XROS 3 Nano pods from Vaporesso are the coolest-looking pods they have released, with the orange and blue accents making them look sick. The compact design is perfect for vapers looking for a pod system on the go.
In this review, I’ll break down the key features and Design, product design and build quality, performance and vapor quality, battery life, pros and cons, and overall vaping experience of the Xros 3 Nano.
Design & Build Quality
Right out of the box, the Xros 3 Nano impresses with its sleek, angular shape. It maintains a similar square design as the previous Xros Nano but without the dividing line.
The square shape is comfortable, and its metallic body gives it a premium feel and excellent durability. This thing practically disappears in your pocket at just 14mm thick and weighs only 52g.
I also like the corner loop for the included lanyard so that you can wear it around your neck for maximum portability.

Vaporesso has added some bold branding, with a debossed logo on the front and “Vaporesso” etched all over the back. The look will only be for some, but I dig the style. It also comes in many eye-catching colors, like lemon yellow and rose pink.
The XROS 3 Nano comes with a user manual, charging cable, and a spare pod that holds 2ml of e-liquid, features adjustable airflow control, a built-in 1000mAh battery, and a USBC port on the bottom. It comes with a free lanyard.
The new mouthpiece on the XROS 3 Nano by Vaporesso is more contoured and thinner, making it much more comfortable than the older style mouthpiece. Also, it enhances the vaping experience for 0.8-ohm users, making it worth trying out.
Pods and Coils
When it comes to pods, Vaporesso hooks it up. The Xros 3 Nano takes the same pods as the Xros 3 and Xros 3 Mini. You’ve got five resistances to choose from between 0.6 and 1.2 ohms.
The pods hold 2ml of juice and use a convenient top fill system – pop off the mouthpiece to access the fill port.
It is essential to prime the coil before filling the pod and letting it sit for at least five minutes for the cotton to saturate thoroughly.
Out of the box, you get a 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm pod. I preferred the 0.8Ω for nic salts and tighter MTL hits. But the 0.6Ω delivers solid flavor, too, especially for freebase juice. Vaporesso’s extraordinary COREX heating tech in the pods
The airflow control on the XROS 3 Nano by Vaporesso allows for both loose and tight draws, making it suitable for direct lung and mouth-to-lung vaping.
- 0.6Ω mesh pod – best for direct lung vaping 6mg freebase juice
- 0.8Ω mesh pod – ideal for MTL with 20mg nic salts
Both pods hold 2ml of juice and have proven to be practically leak-proof in my experience, even after multiple refills. The pods use Vaporesso’s COREX heating tech and dual-air inlets for smooth airflow and long-lasting pod lifespan.
Battery Life and Charging
Vaporesso XROS 3 Nano has a 1000 milliamp-hour battery. It delivers impressive battery life for the size that supports me in getting through around 30mL of juice before recharging the battery.
When it does need to power up, the device uses Type-C charging and reaches a full charge within 50 minutes, allowing you to get back to vaping quickly.
The front LED light indicates the charging status. Battery life is undoubtedly one of the biggest pros for this device.
Performance and Vapor Quality
Vaporesso XROS 3 Nano kit is a highly recommended pod system with good battery life, airflow control, and leak-proof technology.
Instead of using the rubber plugs filling system, the xros 3 nano pod kit has a top filling design, making it easier to refill and solid. It is worth trying if you’re a fan of the xros series or interested in checking it out.
Vaping performance stands up to Vaporesso’s reputation. The 0.8Ω MTL pod provides a highly satisfying flavor. The 0.6Ω pod, while a bit tight for regular direct lung inhales, produces dense vapor when “slipstreamed.”
I recommend using the 0.6-ohm coils for a warm vape, but I enjoy the new 1-ohm coil with salts and suggest using the 0.8 or 0.6-ohm coils with Freebase nicotine.
I don’t have many complaints about this stellar little pod. The airflow is still tight for my regular direct lung vaping preference. And some may not love the “loud” Vaporesso branding. But overall, it can’t be beaten for its size and ease of use.
How to use the XROS 3 NANO
As you would expect, the Xros 3 Nano is simple to use. Fill the pod, let it saturate for 5 minutes, snap it into place, adjust the airflow, and start vaping. That’s it.
Draw-activated ignition means you don’t have to push any buttons. The airflow smoothness can be adjusted to your liking. And the auto shut-off after 10 seconds of inactivity helps conserve battery life.
For new vapers or those who want a hassle-free pod system, I can’t recommend the Xros 3 Nano enough. It takes just minutes to get up and running and performs consistently every time.
Xros 3 Nano Vs Xros 3 Pod
The XROS 3 NANO makes almost no minor changes to the XROS 3 pod system, the one big difference being the different shape and Design of the device. Xros 3 has a button, but xros 3 nano does not, so you can only draw manually by inhaling. That’s another big difference.
Either of these two Xros devices is great. I like the Xros 3 nano more because of the format and size. But you can’t go wrong with either one, in my opinion.
